Santander Linden is seeking a Sales and Service Banker to act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals and offering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.

You will deliver exceptional service, process teller transactions, cross-sell products, educate customers on digital tools, and collaborate with teammates to achieve branch goals while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Formación

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales experience.
• Experience with Santander or related financial services operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customers' financial needs through transactional, servicing, and product offerings.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow branch relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
