Santander is seeking a Branch Manager for the Manalapan Branch in Englishtown, NJ. You will lead a team, drive sales, deepen customer relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, high-engagement work culture.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing branch operations, deploying sales strategies, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer interactions and self-service adoption.

Formación

• 3+ years demonstrated successful experience in Retail Bank sales management or related bank operations/support function
• 5+ years experience in Retail sales management or equivalent demonstrated through work experience or education
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the Branch Manager role
• 3+ years experience selling products/services in an incentive-based environment

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall branch performance, leading team to achieve sales targets and optimize operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Motivate sales teams to manage a pipeline of prospects and customers
• Engage in consultative conversations with customers to offer tailored solutions
• Analyze branch performance data to drive strategic decisions
• Coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations
• Hire, retain and motivate branch colleagues and manage scheduling
• Utilize digital platforms to educate customers on self-service options and drive outcomes
• Provide an elevated customer experience and address escalated issues
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance within the branch
