Santander is seeking a Relationship Banker in Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals, and offering tailored solutions across banking, lending and investment products with stellar service.

You will actively cross-sell, prospect new clients, and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and a high‑quality customer experience.

Formación

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales in a related industry, with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions of the Relationship Banker role or endorsement of performance by district leadership.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead calls.
• Meet financial needs of customers including transactions, servicing, and products.
• Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Promote digital banking tools and self-service options to customers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls are followed.
