Aircall is seeking a Staff AI Software Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of AI-driven features within our high‑scale communications platform. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ship pragmatic AI solutions that improve customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python/Ruby/Rails experience, and hands‑on AI expertise including

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript & NodeJS, or Python/Ruby/Rails.
• AI experience with LLMs and model integration required.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and building AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with AWS, serverless architectures, and scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate AI-driven features that add customer value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI modules with architecture ownership.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers for pragmatic solutions.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in AI and software engineering.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and uptime.
