Frekuent is building the engine behind payments and loyalty for unattended environments. We seek a backend engineer to own features end-to-end with AI-assisted workflows, collaborating with Product and Data teams to deploy scalable, reliable systems.

Join a lean, senior team that moves ideas from Slack to production quickly, using AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and resilience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in our multilingual environment.

Formación

• 3+ years building backend systems in production for a product company.
• Experience conceiving, building, shipping, and measuring impact of features.
• Comfortable in fast, data-driven agile teams with scope changes.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, release, and metrics.
• Use AI-assisted development to ship high-quality code rapidly.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features with Product and Data teams.
• Conduct real code reviews and architectural sparring with peers.
• Hunt down bugs and convert learnings into reusable libraries.
• Spot scaling and reliability issues before they escalate.
