Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead backend development in the Data Ops team. You’ll architect scalable systems connecting internal users, external clients, and financial workflows, embedding AI and driving agile practices. Office-first with 20% remote flexibility in Barcelona and Madrid.

Focus on reliability, security, and performance across internal sales, invoicing, and billing apps, while integrating global payment platforms and building production-ready APIs.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional backend or software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in database management, Docker, and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building reliable, secure, production-ready APIs and handling concurrency.
• Fintech or payments domain experience is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backend architecture of internal sales, invoicing, and billing apps with high availability.
• Design robust backend workflows for critical financial data with reliability.
• Integrate payment platforms (Stripe/Adyen) to optimize internal flows.
• Build end-to-end products with design and product teams to meet user needs.
• Embed AI into workflows using GitHub and AI tools to accelerate development.
