Pliant is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to join the Funds Transfers team, building the financial heartbeat that powers settlements, top-ups, and billing before they touch external rails.

You will contribute to architecture, ship robust microservices, and collaborate with product and engineering managers to deliver high-quality features while embracing Pliant values and a flexible remote work setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Java and Spring Boot (or relevant stack).
• Proficiency with REST APIs and event driven communication patterns.
• Proficiency with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AWS and Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Work on technical initiatives and deliver production-ready code.
• Shape system architecture and discuss improvement topics within the team.
• Maintain scalable, secure micro-service architecture and on-call support.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to align on actions and deliver features.
