Finom is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks like a product builder and thrives in a collaborative cross-functional team. You’ll own backend systems, focusing on robust, scalable financial infrastructure, in a domain team with frontend, mobile, ML/AI, and QA partners across Europe.

You’ll bring deep .NET/C# expertise, experience with data-intensive apps in regulated environments, and a pragmatist mindset that ships impactful products while maintaining security and quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development with a product engineering mindset.
• Deep expertise in .NET and C#, with distributed architectures.
• Experience with data-intensive applications in regulated environments.
• Strong testing and security practices, and shipping quality code.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backend systems and services in a product-focused environment.
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design and evolve distributed systems in production.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and security best practices.
