BLP Digital is hiring a fullstack engineer with a strong backend center of gravity to design reliable systems and apply strong software fundamentals to real-world problems. Platform work touches both client features and internal tooling, with a focus on scalable, maintainable architecture that serves thousands of users.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams, ownership of the platform, and mentoring teammates, with on-site options in Europe and remote work across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a clear backend focus.
• Genuine fullstack capability with React/TypeScript, even if backend is primary.

Responsabilidades

• Build the Foundation: design and develop shared backend services and APIs with clear contracts.
• Drive User Impact: partner with product teams to translate platform limitations into improvements.
• Own Reliability and Correctness: operate robust systems and iterate to reduce entropy.

• Shape Architecture: collaborate on system design and platform boundaries for scalability.
