IQVIA is recruiting an HR expert to deliver HR processes and initiatives that support our people and business priorities. You will own defined HR responsibilities, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to projects, while continuously improving the employee experience.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, a relevant degree, and fluent Spanish and English. Madrid-based, full-time, with opportunities to grow within a global team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work with autonomy, ownership and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
