Optiwisers in Madrid is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong ServiceNow implementation experience to lead international projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary client contact.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week and a 6-month duration with possible extension. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects.
• 2+ years of client-facing consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and support.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong experience in ServiceNow implementation projects to join an international project in Madrid.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main point of contact for the client.

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

• 5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing consulting or professional services
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live and transition to support
• Strong experience with project planning, scope, budget, risks, dependencies and reporting
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and implementation lifecycle
• Experience with both Fixed Price and Time & Materials projects
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience coordinating UAT, go-live readiness and hypercare
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English

ServiceNow certification is not mandatory, although willingness to obtain the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is considered a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• PSM, CSM, SAFe or equivalent
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowCreate
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or Confluence
