OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform, is seeking a Collections Specialist to keep cash flow healthy and customer relationships smooth. You will manage a portfolio of domestic and international accounts, follow up on past-due invoices, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation across systems.

You will flag payment risks early, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver clear, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of collections experience, including 2+ years in B2B and subscription-based environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel for basic reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts.
• Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve disputes confidently.
• Investigate discrepancies, fix payment issues, and reconcile accounts.
• Keep information up to date and well documented across all our systems and tools.
