Alpega is hiring a proactive BDR/SDR to drive lead generation and qualification across select accounts. You will engage with decision makers through calls, emails, and events, qualify opportunities, and hand off to Sales Executives in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with Spanish a plus; hybrid work from Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a multinational team shaping logistics tech.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS products is necessary.
• Hands-on outbound prospecting and cold calling essential.
• Business-fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation activities to maximise market exposure and qualify prospects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, and events.
• Generate target marketing lists after discussion with sales.
• Engage Alpega resources to address prospects and move deals forward.
• Track activities in Salesforce and manage lead/pipeline details.
