Exoticca is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our B2B team in Spain. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring daily activity with one of our largest B2B partners runs smoothly by coordinating with internal departments and managing requests.

Your role includes incident management, cross-department liaison, product loading assistance, and supporting events and merchandising logistics. Fluency in Spanish and strong English are required.

Formación

• Min FP/FPII in Tourism or Administration or related studies.
• Organized and proactive problem-solver mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written Spanish and good level of English.
• Good level in MS Office and quick to learn internal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for the client and manage incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to unblock issues.
• Provide product loading help and verify itineraries, availability, prices.
• Assist with roadshows, events, and merchandising logistics.
• Provide administrative support and inventory oversight.
