Job summary

Thales in Spain is seeking an Operational Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and manage end-to-end events and webinars in Iberia. You will adapt global campaigns to the Spain/Portugal context and coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (tech/cybersecurity preferred).
• Experience in campaign management and end-to-end organization of in-person events and webinars.
• Content creation and adaptation (presentations, sales materials, etc.).
• Experience working with international or matrix teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• High level of English (B2–C1) required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation and campaigns to support lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute end-to-end in-person events and webinars, including logistics and speaker coordination.
• Coordinate with marketing, business line Iberia, and regional teams to ensure local campaign alignment.
• Support sales and partnerships with materials and demand-generation activities.
• Ensure local branding, content adaptation, and digital initiatives align with global guidelines.
