Angel Aligner seeks a Temporary Marketing Specialist EMEA to provide full operational coverage for the Iberia market, with a priority focus on congress and trade show execution. This on-site role is based in Madrid, with regular travel for events and on-site logistics managed by the team.

You will collaborate with clinical and sales teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives, create product messaging and collateral, support campaigns, translations, market research, and performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing; event/trade show coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Full availability to travel and physically handle event logistics (setup, boxes, shipments).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, able to ramp up quickly with minimal onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Congress & Trade Show Management (priority): Lead organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches including on-site presence, booth setup, and shipment of materials.
• Content Creation: Create compelling product messaging and collateral; develop content for brochures, newsletters, advertising and flyers.
• Campaign support: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns; coordinate assets with stakeholders.
• Sales enablement: Develop presentations, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
• Translations: Coordinate translations of marketing assets with regional teams.
• Market Research: Research market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape; prepare reports.
• Administrative Tasks: Invoice submission, budget updates, organizing assets, shipment preparation, calendar updates.
• Collaboration & Brand Management: Ensure alignment with local teams and consistency of brand messaging across channels.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report campaign effectiveness.

The Temporary Marketing Specialist EMEA will provide full operational coverage for the Iberia market, with a priority focus on congress and trade show execution, including on-site travel and physical logistics that the current team member can no longer handle. This is a fully on-site role based in our Madrid office. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, and sales team to ensure alignment and coherence across all marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Congress & Trade Show Management (priority): Lead the organizing and executing of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches - including on-site presence, booth setup, and physical preparation and shipment of event materials/boxes
• Content Creation: Create compelling product messaging and positioning; develop content for product collateral, sales presentations, brochures, newsletters, advertising and flyers
• Campaign support: Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery of assets
• Sales enablement: Develop sales tools, including presentations, FAQs, and competitive battle cards
• Translations: Coordinate translations of marketing assets with regional teams
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape; prepare reports
• Administrative Tasks: Invoice submission, budget and bowler updates, organizing marketing assets, shipment preparation, event calendar updates
• Collaboration & Brand Management: Ensure alignment with local teams and consistency of brand messaging across channels
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign effectiveness

Requirements/Qualifications:
