Mitiga Solutions, founded in Barcelona from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, seeks a Marketing Manager to build and execute a B2B demand generation strategy. You will lead a small team and drive impact across SEO, inbound marketing, digital campaigns and website optimization, targeting technical buyers in infrastructure, energy and financial services.

You will translate climate-risk science into clear commercial value, align with Sales and Product, and strengthen Mitiga's messaging and brand

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B marketing, startup or scale-up preferred.
• Proven lead generation and pipeline contribution.
• Strong SEO, inbound marketing and website optimization experience.
• Experience translating complex tech into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-channel B2B lead generation programs across SEO, inbound, paid media, and partnerships.
• Refine ICPs for infrastructure, energy, and financial sectors to align with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with AE and BDR teams to convert inbound leads and support outbound campaigns.
• Track and improve funnel conversion metrics and campaign performance.
• Shape GTM strategy with Commercial team and strengthen value proposition.
• Lead content planning: thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, emails, and webinars.
