Job summary

Exoticca is seeking a dedicated B2B Group Travel Support professional to act as the voice of our brand for travel agents. You will handle pre-sales inquiries, qualify hot leads, and manage group cases to keep trips moving forward smoothly.

You will collaborate with Travel Specialists and Post-Booking teams to boost group sales while delivering world-class service. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you’ll work afternoon/evening shifts in our Barcelona offices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a big plus)
• Ability to work Afternoon/Evening shifts 3 PM to Midnight
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Tech-savvy with basic systems familiarity

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pre-Sales frontline, answering calls from travel agents for pre-sales inquiries, policies, and commissions.
• Qualify hot leads by gathering key details and handing off to Travel Specialists.
• Review and track group requests, updating agents on case progress.
• Maintain momentum with proactive follow-ups and policy updates to avoid missed opportunities.
• Collaborate with Specialist and Post-Booking teams to boost group sales and service quality
