Salesforce seeks an AVP of Data 360 Sales to lead Data 360 in EMEA, shaping strategy for the data platform and driving revenue growth. You will oversee a specialized sales team, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions, and ensure alignment with Salesforce values.

The role demands advanced technical sales acumen, data and cloud technology expertise, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams in a rapidly growing environment.

Formación

• Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics with ability to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record leading second/third-line strategic sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead distinct GTM for Data 360 in EMEA.
• Lead a specialized Data 360 sales team and drive revenue growth across related sellers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to optimize resources and strategy.
