Salesforce is seeking an AI and Data Technical Architect in Madrid to drive enterprise-grade data and AI architectures centered on D360 and Agentforce. You will lead senior technical discussions, design scalable solutions, and guide customers through complex ecosystems including data lakes and governance frameworks.

The role blends data engineering, platform architecture, and applied AI, working with executives and product teams to maximize platform value across hyperscalers and external agents.

Formación

• 7+ years designing data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering and prototype development.
• Knowledge of ML concepts and communicating value to diverse audiences.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, and data ingestion patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sales technical design, analyzing customer needs and aligning with Agentforce capabilities.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and cross-platform integrations.
• Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on demos and prototypes.
• Develop thought leadership content, templates, and enablement sessions on agent lifecycle.
• Own technical architecture decisions for data modeling, identity, and real-time vs. batch patterns.
