Job summary

Henkel in Vigo, Spain, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to execute local plans, manage customer roadmaps, and drive pricing actions. You will build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors while aligning with SBU strategy and sustainability goals.

Residency in Vigo is required; a university degree in engineering (preferably chemical) and 3–5 years of relevant experience—ideally with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers—are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term).
• Executes customer roadmap and manages growth opportunities in CRM (ACE).
• Executes pricing actions.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
• Provides input on customer needs and market trends.
• Coordinates with TCS for line trials and requests.
• Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory.
• Ensures sales strategies align with sustainability goals.
• Monitors competitor activities and pricing.
