Job summary

Bosch in Spain seeks a Customer Service Back Office Agent (6 Months Temporary) to maintain data accuracy and oversee the flow of vehicles through the repair network. This role focuses on ensuring timely information and smooth dispatch-to-resolution processes.

Responsibilities include tracking vehicles, validating data, approving tickets, and escalating delays while maintaining detailed records. English proficiency (C1) is required, with full-time hours 8–16 / 9–17 / 10–18, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Track motorized vehicles from dispatch to resolution in the repair network.
• Verify data accuracy across systems and ensure completeness.
• Approve repair tickets after all validations are complete.
• Monitor repair progress and update information for stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor timelines and identify potential delays.
• Escalate to relevant stakeholders when repairs exceed four weeks.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates.
