Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) to design, develop and maintain automation for IT infrastructure and services.

You will optimize monitoring, ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, integrate systems via APIs, and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence in a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering or IT Operations Tools Management.
• Strong scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Experience with monitoring platforms and API integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
