Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) busca un Ingeniero de Observabilidad para diseñar, operar y optimizar plataformas de monitorización y gestión de eventos en un entorno corporativo. Se trabajará en integración con ITSM, on-call e infraestructuras, aplicando automatización y IaC para mejorar fiabilidad y rendimiento.

Requisitos: 3+ años en observabilidad, experiencia con Splunk ITSI, Grafana, Prometheus y AWS; inglés profesional y español nativo.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en Observabilidad, Monitorización, AIOps, SRE o áreas relacionadas.
• Experiencia práctica con plataformas de observabilidad y/o gestión de eventos empresariales.
• Fuerte experiencia en automatización, integraciones y gestión de incidentes en entornos IT complejos.
• Inglés: competencia profesional laboral.
• Español: competencia nativa o bilingüe.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, operar y mejorar plataformas de observabilidad y gestión de eventos, asegurando fiabilidad y rendimiento en entornos complejos.
• Crear y mantener capacidades de monitorización, alertas y gestión de incidentes, con dashboards y flujos de incidentes.
• Integrar plataformas de observabilidad con ITSM, on-call e infraestructuras vía APIs y webhooks.
• Desarrollar automatización e mejoras con scripting, IaC y prácticas CI/CD para reducir operaciones manuales.
• Incorporar nuevas aplicaciones e infraestructuras, definiendo criterios de integración y validación de extremo a extremo.
• Impulsar mejoras continuas de observabilidad y operaciones mediante análisis de incidentes y evaluación de herramientas.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Design, operate and continuously improve enterprise observability and event management platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance across complex environments.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and event management capabilities, including dashboards, alert correlation, incident workflows and service health monitoring.
• Integrate observability platforms with ITSM, on-call and infrastructure systems through APIs, webhooks and automated workflows, supporting effective incident detection and response.
• Develop automation and platform improvements using scripting, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices to reduce manual operations and improve platform efficiency.
• Onboard new applications, infrastructure and monitoring sources, defining integration standards, data models, alerting requirements and end-to-end validation before production.
• Drive continuous improvement of observability and operations, including incident analysis, platform optimization, tool evaluation, documentation and collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 3 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, AIOps, SRE or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise observability and/or event management platforms.
• Strong experience with automation, integrations and incident management in complex IT environments.
• English: Professional working proficiency.
• Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
