Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) busca un/a APPs Observability Technician para trabajar en Madrid en modalidad híbrida. El rol implica monitorizar aplicaciones, construir dashboards y optimizar costes de observabilidad, manteniendo pipelines CI/CD y gestionando incidencias mediante ITIL/ITSM.

Se requieren 3–5 años de experiencia, inglés B2 y español C2, más FP o grado universitario. La empresa ofrece contrato indefinido, salario competitivo y plan de compensación flexible, con apoyo para trabajo

Formación

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en observabilidad o roles similares.
• Dominio de herramientas de monitorización y registros.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno híbrido en Madrid y comunicarse en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorear, registrar y rastrear aplicaciones y plataformas usando Grafana Cloud.
• Construir dashboards y diagnose ingesta, cardinalidad y problemas de rendimiento.
• Soportar y mantener pipelines CI/CD con GitHub Actions y GitLab CI/CD.

Are you a APPs Observability Technician in Madrid seeking a new interesting challenge?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Monitor, log and trace applications and platforms using Grafana Cloud technologies.
• Build dashboards and diagnose ingestion, cardinality and performance issues.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage infrastructure and observability resources through Terraform and GitOps practices.
• Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, REST APIs and JSON integrations.
• Handle alerting, incident response, escalation processes and runbook maintenance.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow following ITSM practices.
• Maintain synthetic monitoring checks and optimize observability platform usage and costs.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, networking fundamentals, security best practices, Jira and Agile methodologies.

Workplace: Hybrid - Madrid

Work Schedule: 8x5 + oncall | 9:00AM - 18:00PM CEST
