BYD Madrid is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Madrid. You will engage customers, present vehicles and financing options, and build lasting relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, participating in promotions, and collaborating with the sales team to hit targets. Fluency in Spanish is required; English or Chinese are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably automotive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Language: Fluent in Spanish; Chinese or English advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Present and sell vehicles, finance, and insurance options to customers.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all vehicles in the dealership.
• Participate in sales events and promotions to attract new customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
