GE HealthCare in Madrid is seeking an AST Specialist to lead Aggregate Spend Tool processes and provide administrative, marketing, and commercial support for HCP interactions. You will ensure tasks are tracked, validated, and approved in line with company rules, regulatory requirements, and compliance.

You will coordinate across multiple platforms, manage PO approvals, and liaise with COE and TOs to resolve queries, ensuring seamless, compliant execution of customer and third‑party programs.

Qualifications

• Spain-based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process interaction requests via the AST platform.
• Prepare and complete all required documentation, including contracts and invitation letters.
• Upload relevant documents to designated platforms accurately and timely.
• Monitor request progress to prevent delays and manage cost control.
• Oversee PO approvals using the Agora tool.
• Coordinate signature collection from Transaction Owners.
• Liaise between TOs and COE to resolve queries and ensure approvals.
• Submit approved requests to the travel agency with full information.
• Track balances and collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices.
• Forward invoices to AP when payments are to entities other than travel agency.
• Manage supplier registration and onboarding in the SOAR tool.
