osapiens in Madrid is seeking an AI Technical Support & Automation Engineer to blend technical customer support with AI development. You’ll work on AI-powered tools, intelligent agents, and automation to optimize the Support organization and troubleshoot across systems.

Join a collaborative team in a remote-heavy hybrid model, collaborating with Development and AI teams to enhance solutions and knowledge management while growing in software or AI careers.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to read, understand and develop code in JavaScript, Node.js and Python.
• Strong experience with SaaS environments and end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI-powered tools, intelligent agents, and automations to improve daily Support operations.
• Build solutions for ticket analysis, knowledge retrieval, issue classification, troubleshooting and automation tasks.
• Experiment with modern AI technologies and turn prototypes into reliable production solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and integrations using JavaScript, Node.js, Python and APIs.
• Collaborate with Development and AI teams on technical solutions and improvements.
• Independently manage and evaluate customer inquiries via the support portal.
• Analyze logs, reproduce production issues, identify root causes and propose fixes.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with Development and other technical teams and update customers.
• Proactively identify challenges and improve the support experience.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
