Launchmetrics seeks an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to shape Discover, part of the Brand Performance Cloud. You’ll monitor brand presence, analyze performance and explore AI-driven features with a focus on user-friendly interfaces for fashion and beauty brands.

You’ll learn in a pod-based model, owning small missions from day one while partnering with senior builders and researchers. This is ideal for early-career builders who sweat the details and want real ownership.

Formación

• Experience with user-centered design and wireframing.
• Ability to talk to users and translate needs into design decisions.
• Understanding of brand and market contexts in fashion/luxury.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Lovable.

Responsabilidades

• Own missions end to end within Discover pods.
• Take on design work with guidance from senior builders.
• Participate in discovery activities like user interviews and surveys.
• Define metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance.
• Analyze learnings and inform prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership.
• Help grow the design domain and tooling.
