Nacar in Barcelona is seeking a Product Designer to join our award-winning team. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design usable, delightful digital products and solve real user problems.

You will contribute to discovery, user research, and end-to-end design, participate in agile teams, leverage AI responsibly, and help drive business outcomes with strong visual and interaction design.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience creating flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to collaborate in agile product teams.
• Basic AI literacy and prompt-writing for product design workflows.
• Curiosity about users, workflows and real customer problems with clear communication.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate actively in discovery activities — understanding customer jobs, needs, pain points, workflows and business constraints.
• Plan and execute user research activities — interviews, usability tests, observation sessions.
• Design end-to-end user experiences from flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Explore alternative approaches and iterate based on feedback balancing user needs and business goals.
• Own the design execution for features within a product — provide specs and handoff with engineering.
• Review released experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to support design decisions and link insights to business outcomes.
• Leverage AI as a creative and productivity partner with responsible use.
• Work with cross-functional product teams — participate in critiques and share AI-enabled learnings.
