Stealth Startup, a venture studio building funded pre-seed startups in agentic AI, is seeking founding design engineers to shape the product, experience, and company from the beginning.

You’ll join a core founding team with autonomy to ship an improved user experience this week, collaborating remotely with experienced founders to define how an entirely new category of AI product looks, feels, and behaves.

Formación

• Designed intuitive products around complex or deeply technical systems.
• Interpreted customer research into product opportunities and design solutions.
• Experience bridging research, product thinking, and frontend engineering to deliver shippable designs.

We’re a venture studio building and backing funded pre‑seed startups in agentic AI. These companies are developing foundational models and intelligent systems around real customer problems with funding, early customers, and strong founding teams already in place.

We’re looking for founding design engineers who want to shape the product, experience, and company from the beginning.

What you’ll do

• Interview and observe customers, turning what you learn into clear product opportunities.
• Transform complex AI systems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Own the complete journey from initial insight and product design to production.
• Build and ship your designs using modern frontend technologies and AI agents.
• Champion the customer and establish the design standards future teams will inherit.

You’re likely a fit if you

• Have designed intuitive products around complex or deeply technical systems.
• Move comfortably between customer research, product thinking, interaction design, and frontend engineering.
• Build what you design instead of stopping at wireframes or Figma.
• Use AI agents as leverage without outsourcing your judgment or craft.
• Notice the gap between what customers say and what they actually do.
• Care deeply about every misplaced pixel, unnecessary interaction, and moment of friction.
• Thrive with a clear goal, genuine autonomy, and responsibility for the outcome.

You’ll join a core founding team while the most important product and experience decisions are still ahead. There are no approval chains or design‑by‑committee you can speak with a customer today and ship an improved experience this week.

You’ll work remotely with experienced founders, meaningful ownership, and the freedom to shape how an entirely new category of AI product looks, feels, and behaves. As AI collapses the distance between designing and building, you’ll master a role that is becoming both new and increasingly valuable.
