Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Active daily use of at least 1 generative AI tools.
• Proficiency with Figma Make or similar AI-to-design tools.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for visual generation.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Fluent English (B2+ minimum).
• Curiosity-driven mindset, explore and adopt new AI tools proactively.
• Fast iteration speed, producing more concepts than a traditional designer.

Responsibilities

• Design core products using AI for rapid prototyping.
• Leverage generative AI tools for concept exploration.
• Maintain Oppizi's design system in Figma.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver visual assets.
• Optimize designs based on performance data.
• Produce simple animations for digital campaigns.
