The Corporate Relations Analyst will join IE University’s Corporate Relations team, supporting the development of learning partnerships with corporations, public institutions, family businesses, and international organizations across multiple industries and regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design ofcorporate education solutions that help organizations build the capabilities needed to drive transformation, innovation, leadership, and sustainable growth.

Working closely with Business Developers, Key Account Managers, Academic Directors, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will contribute to the design of client solutions, market research, proposal development, and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships in an international environment.

This role is designed for early-career professionals who aspire to develop into trusted advisors, supporting organizations in identifying capability needs and co‑creating learning solutions that generate measurable business impact.

We are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Corporate Relations Analyst will involve:

  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials for corporate partners.
  • Conduct research on industries, organizations, market trends, and capability development priorities.
  • Analyze client needs and contribute to the design of customized corporate education solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Developers, Key Account Managers, Academic Directors, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
  • Prepare benchmarking studies, reports, presentations, and internal documentation that support business development activities.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to accelerate research, strengthen business analysis, develop high‑quality proposals, presentations, and client deliverables, and improve productivity while exercising critical judgment and ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of outputs.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of best practices across the Corporate Relations team.
  • Support strategic projects that contribute to client success and business growth.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Spanish is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic or additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, or other European or Asian languages will be considered a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Interest in corporate education, organizational development, leadership, innovation, digital transformation, and lifelong learning.
  • Confidence using AI and digital tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of work while exercising sound judgment and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • International academic, professional, or extracurricular experience will be highly valued.
