Deliverect seeks an Associate Legal Counsel to drive global commercial agreements, GDPR/privacy initiatives, and corporate governance from our Madrid office. The role is full-time and hybrid, with 3 days in Madrid and 2 days remote, collaborating with strategy, product, and commercial teams to enable revenue growth while managing risk.
English fluency is essential; GDPR expertise is required and Spanish is a bonus.

As an Associate Legal Counsel at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global business forward by partnering closely with strategic commercial, product, and corporate teams. Operating from our Madrid office, you will handle high-impact commercial negotiations, champion data privacy compliance, and safeguard our corporate governance across global entities. Your pragmatic, solution-oriented guidance will directly enable revenue growth, de-risk new product innovations, and ensure seamless execution of strategic transactions like funding rounds and M&A.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Madrid, Spain office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
