Europcar Mobility Group in Madrid seeks a qualified lawyer to provide general business law guidance across functions, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage corporate housekeeping and governance. The role also coordinates GDPR matters with the Group DPO and supports policy implementation and budget planning within the Legal Department.

The position entails cross-border collaboration within the Iberia cluster and ensuring regulatory compliance for the business operations in Spain and Europe.

Formación

• Advising on general business law issues across company functions.
• Draft, review and support negotiations of supplier and customer contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solid legal advice to the Company and recommendations.
• Coordinate GDPR matters with Group DPO and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support corporate housekeeping including annual accounts, minutes, and certificates.
• Assist in policy development and local implementation of group policies.
• Collaborate with Head of Legal and Group Secretary on budget and legal costs.
