Qualifikationen

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care.
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP & ICH).
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating site practices for compliance with GCP and ICH
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data queries
• Collaborating with study-site experts and client representatives
