Ebury, a Global FinTech, seeks an Associate Engineer to join the Client Platform in Málaga. You will automate operations, build reliable backend services with Python (and grow toward Node.js/TypeScript) in an AWS environment, and collaborate with a supportive squad.

Based in Málaga with a 4 days/week in-office, you’ll learn from senior engineers, build distributed-system foundations, and contribute to scalable, internal tooling for global growth.

Formación

• Foundational Python proficiency for scripting and small services.
• Basic cloud familiarity (AWS or GCP) and Git workflow.
• Degree in IT, Software Engineering, CS or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to learn backend and distributed-systems concepts; English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver defined tasks in backend services with code review guidance.
• Automate processes and write maintainable scripts and services.
• Shadow senior engineers on orchestration and architecture work.
• Write tests and documentation; respond to code-review feedback.
• Participate in stand-ups, Kanban flow, and retros.
• Grow towards handling larger, less-defined work with depth.
