Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Consultant to manage the technical performance of a portfolio of assets in Spain. You will supervise construction activities, provide technical support to the Property Managers team, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance across buildings under management.

You will negotiate contracts with service providers, monitor budgets and P&L, and drive renovation projects while coordinating with the Asset Services Spain department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall technical management of assets or buildings under care.
• supervise construction projects in common and private areas of managed buildings.
• Provide technical support to the Property Managers team in Asset Services Spain.
• Ensure compliance with legal technical requirements for buildings under management.
• Negotiate contracts with technical service providers and supervise their execution and budget.
• Monitor and control budget and profit & loss for the buildings under management.
• Oversee renovation and repair works as needed.
