Job TitleTechnical ConsultantJob Description SummaryTechnical manager responsible for the maintenance and operational management of a portfolio of assets.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• He/She will be responsible for the overall technical management of the assets or buildings under their care.- Will take part in supervising construction projects in both common and private areas of the buildings under management.- Will work under the supervision of the technical managers in the Asset Services Spain department.- Will provide technical support to the Property Managers team in the Asset Services department in Spain.- Will oversee compliance with legal requirements on a technical level for the buildings under management.- Will negotiate contracts with technical service providers.
