AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role requires 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house team and excellent English skills.

You will draft templates and help ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. We welcome proactive individuals with strong organizational abilities, capable of working independently and across sales, HR, finance, and delivery

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal issues across teams.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support cross-jurisdiction compliance work.
• Advise sales, HR, finance, and delivery on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law.
