AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role emphasizes English-language fluency, 1–4 years of experience, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

You will draft templates, review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs, and support day-to-day legal matters for cross-functional teams in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
