AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions.

You will draft and maintain contract templates, review Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs and DPAs, and conduct EU and international legal research to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, with flexible remote/office options.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
