Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site’s safety culture, quality, and productivity. You will manage a team, drive improvements, and coordinate with management across shifts and processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous operational excellence. The position involves varied daily responsibilities, including team management, process improvements, and contingency tasks, with a focus on safe, efficient operations

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree required.
• Experience managing people.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish.
