The role focuses on safety culture, performance management, and scalable processes that enhance customer experience through reliable on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor in [field] or Advanced degree.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Build and champion safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyze operational data and implement changes to sustain quality and productivity.
• Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise output.
• Evaluate shift performance against business goals and define action plans.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency.
• Mentor and role-model leadership for new and developing managers.
