JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is establishing its core operations in Madrid to launch and scale a high-output last-mile network. You will serve as the Station No.1 Manager, hands-on depot operations, including sorting, dispatch, and route allocation, while preparing the regional rollout.

nAs part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market. This is a greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution

.This position is designed for an accomplished last-mile logistics leader who possesses the operational grit to manage a primary delivery depot hands-on, combined with the strategic capability to scale and oversee a multi-station regional delivery network
