Landed in Valencia is seeking an Architect draftsman to lead precise drafting for licensing, floor plans and full construction documentation on renovation projects.

You will design new projects, draft measured drawings, and prepare documents for permits. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will manage projects from planning to execution in a fast-growing startup environment with an international team. Competitive salary and growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Qualified architect with 1–5 years' experience in architecture or related role.
• Experience managing renovation projects from planning to execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

About Landed:

Landed is a real estate private equity scale-up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.

What you’ll do:

• Project design: Designing new projects to be developed.
• Licensing & Floor Plans: Draft precise measured drawings, floor plans, and supporting documents required for licensing, permitting, and approvals.
• Construction Documentation: Develop complete, detailed construction plans and drawings that that will be used on the construction site.

What you are:

• Qualified architect with 1-5 years experience in architecture or similar role.
• Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
