Landed in Valencia is seeking an Architect draftsman to lead precise drafting for licensing, floor plans and full construction documentation on renovation projects.

You will design new projects, draft measured drawings, and prepare documents for permits. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will manage projects from planning to execution in a fast-growing startup environment with an international team. Competitive salary and growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Qualified architect with 1–5 years' experience in architecture or related role.
• Experience managing renovation projects from planning to execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Designing new projects to be developed.
• Draft precise measured drawings, floor plans and supporting documents for licensing.
• Develop construction plans and drawings for on-site use.
