Landed in Valencia, Spain seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead renovation and new-build projects end-to-end. You will own on-site supervision and coordinate with subcontractors to keep work on schedule.

As a qualified architect with 1–3 years of experience, you will plan, source materials, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality across all phases of delivery. Fluent in English and Spanish, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Are you a qualified architect passionate about leading exciting renovation projects? Eager to gain hands‑on experience in full-scale construction management? Landed is a vertically integrated real‑estate development company based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. 4 large ground‑floor warehouse conversions (locals of 700–1,400 m²) delivering 15–25 units per project ~5 new‑build, ground‑up developments of 10–25 units each, built over 4–5 floors

In parallel, we are transforming 4 commercial ground‑floor bajos into 16 residential apartments. All projects are located in the Valencia area and are handled end‑to‑end by our own teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for your own project: You will be responsible for managing a full scale construction project end to end!
• Project Planning: Plan the entire construction in advance and coordinate with the various subcontractors. Identify when important material orders need to be made (kitchens, windows, furniture etc.) Assist us scale our operations and expand our CRM of sub contractors by sourcing and negotiating pricing with 5-10 new sub contractors per construction phase (demolition, structural, dry walling, masons, tiles, painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers).
• Hands on construction management, working closely and directly with subcontractors on a daily basis to know exactly what is happening on site at all times. This job is a lot more hands on and requires real construction supervision daily. It is not simply dealing with a contractor (who in turn deals with his construction team), you will be onsite dealing with daily issues. Being actionable - Solving issues and taking on site construction decisions to ensure that the project stays on track and there are no delays. On site in the mornings solving issues and setting work with the team, identifying what purchases need to be made. Afternoons in the office, making purchases, identifying and solving bottlenecks early and planning ahead.
• Project Delivery: Quality control over all phases, making sure that the work of all the different professionals meets our high standards, calling people back to redo work if not good enough. Ensuring that the apartments are 100% ready to be sold or rented by the end of the project

Qualifications

• Qualified architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or similar role.
• Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Require visa sponsorship (including student visas)
• Do not speak fluent Spanish and conversational English
