A leading architecture firm in Spain is seeking a professional architect with strong technical knowledge to join their team in A Coruña. The successful candidate will manage design projects, oversee site supervision, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and experience with Revit. This role offers an inclusive work environment focused on innovative and sustainable design solutions.

We are looking for a professional, creative architect with strong technical knowledge, motivation and a willingness to join the building team based in A Coruña:

• You will be part of the design team working on projects throughout all phases
• You will manage relationships with collaborators (building services and structural engineers, etc.), clients, contractors, public authorities, and others
• You will take part in the site supervision phase

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an architect with proven experience and demonstrable skills, with:

• Ability to work in a team and within a collaborative management environment
• Experience in drafting outline and detailed design projects
• Experience in site supervision will be considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, collaborators, contractors, public authorities, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of current and applicable regulations
• Problem-solving skills in a wide range of administrative procedures
• A creative profile with strong technical knowledge, well organised, independent, proactive, innovative and a good communicator
• Enthusiasm, empathy and a strong willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Willingness to travel
