Datawords is seeking an Arabic Content Manager to join the Arabic Content Production department in Barcelona. You will manage linguistic projects, ensure high-quality Arabic content, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid onsite-telework setup.

The role requires native-level Arabic writing/editing, English and French, and a background in translation studies. You will lead a multicultural team and contribute to profitable project delivery.

Formación

• Native language writing/editing skills are central to the role.
• BA or MA in Translation Studies / Audiovisual Translation or similar.
• Education and professional experience in your native language.
• Great adaptability, multicultural work environment.
• Strong work ethic, team player.
• Working languages: Literary Arabic, English and French.
• Linguistic project management or translation background.
• Experience with Trados Studio a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Linguistic project coordination in a deadline-driven environment with Paris HQ teams.
• Collaborate with clients in Arabic-speaking markets and internal teams.
• Quality control of Arabic content across styles and formats.
• Oversee the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries.
• Ensure copy aligns with client style, tone, and brand image.
• Balance budgets, negotiate deadlines, ensure profitability.
• Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders.
